I am a researcher and academic teacher at Silesian University of Technology, where I lead Data Science, Operating Systems and Team Design courses. My professional interests are Algorithms, Machine learning, Programming and Linux. As my PhD thesis I worked on methods for protein similarity analyses while after it I started working on protein function prediction. I have also industrial experience where I worked on access control systems, image processing, passenger information system, Wimbledon/ITF tournament systems and bridge network device development.
