I am a researcher and academic teacher at the Silesian University of Technology, where I lead Data Science, Operating Systems and Team Design courses. My professional interests are algorithms, machine learning, programming and linux. As my PhD thesis I worked on methods for protein similarity analyses while after it I started working on protein function prediction. I have also industrial experience where I worked on access control systems, image processing, passenger information system, Wimbledon/ITF tournament systems and bridge network device development.
